At Mattress World, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. This Refund and Returns Policy explains the terms under which you may return or request a refund for products purchased from us.

1. Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  1. Eligibility for Returns:
  • Items must be returned within 2 days of receipt.
  • The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • A valid proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.
  1. Non-Returnable Items:
  • Custom-made or personalized mattresses.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable” on the product page.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or wear and tear.
  1. Return Process:
  • To initiate a return, contact our Customer Support team at:
  • Provide your order details and the reason for the return.
  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions for shipping the product back to us.
  1. Return Shipping Costs:
  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the product reaches us safely.

2. Refunds

Refunds are processed under these terms:

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:
  • Refunds are issued only for eligible returns that meet the conditions described above.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
  1. Refund Process:
  • Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 days.
  1. Partial Refunds:
  • Partial refunds may be granted in cases where the item is not returned in its original condition or is missing parts.
  1. Non-Refundable Charges:
  • Original shipping fees and any applicable taxes are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, contact us at support@mattressworld.ae.

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective:

  • Report the issue to our Customer Support team within 2 days of receiving the product.
  • Provide clear photos of the damage or defect along with your order details.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible at support@mattressworld.ae.

  • If the order has already shipped, you may still return the product after it arrives following the return process outlined above.
